Sister Circles LLC ("Sister Circles Co," "we," "us," or "our") is a Florida limited liability women's wellness and retreat company. We offer somatic and nervous system-focused retreats, coaching, and related content, including in-person retreat experiences, digital coaching services, and educational content distributed through our website and social media channels. providing wellness education, somatic coaching, retreats, nervous system education, online programs, and related services. We may collect sensitive information you voluntarily provide including medical history, mental health history, trauma history, medications, allergies, dietary restrictions, pregnancy status, injuries, accessibility needs, emergency medical information, wellness goals, and related health information solely to safely provide coaching, retreats, accommodations, and participant support.

Before you share this information with us — for example, through a retreat intake form, coaching application, or health and safety questionnaire — you will be asked to affirmatively acknowledge and agree to its collection and use for the purposes described above through a checkbox on the applicable form, and/or through your signature on our Retreat Participant Agreement or other applicable contract. We do not use your sensitive information for advertising or marketing purposes, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.
