I’m Vivian — or as my friends know me, “the free-spirited woman.” From my first spiritual awakening at 13 to starting my fitness coaching business at 17, I’ve been passionate about helping women reconnect with their confidence and authentic selves. At 18, right after graduation, I skipped the “normal path” and booked a one-way ticket to Costa Rica, a journey that set me on the path I’m on now, deeply committed to creating spaces where women gather in sisterhood, both online and in person.

As a Somatic Fitness & Wellness Coach and co-creator of SisterCircles, I guide women through transformative journeys that embrace self-love, personal freedom, and holistic wellness through my signature Body Love Coaching. I empower women to achieve balanced hormones and dream bodies while aligning with their natural rhythms. I dive deep into nervous system regulation, gut health, and healing relationships with food and helping women break free from cycles of restriction and emotional overwhelm.

I’m a Gemini sun, Taurus moon, and Libra rising, most radiant when soaking up tropical energy by the sea (I’m basically a plant) You’ll usually find me in bikinis, gym clothes, or something flowy and fairy-coded no in-between. If I’m ever lost, just check the beach… or the jungle.

Having traveled solo across the globe, I infuse my coaching with a sense of adventure and freedom, reminding every woman of the limitless possibilities that await. Through SisterCircles, I create spaces for women to share their journeys, celebrate victories, and cultivate genuine connection.

At the core of my mission is the belief that every woman deserves a life filled with joy, purpose, and self-love. I’m here to help women reclaim their confidence, embrace their authentic selves, and cultivate freedom in their bodies and lives guiding them to manifest their highest potential and live unapologetically.
