OUR FOUNDERS:
Introducing Pia and Viv! So cute that both our names are three letters hey… Well, we are here to create spaces where women remember who they are. We found one another and through it a sense of sisterhood when solo travelling in Mexico and realised we wanted to embody that sense of community everywhere we go. Sistercirles was born through a deep desire to connect women and build community. To be loved is to really be SEEN.
So now we travel the world together hosting magical spaces where women come to reset, reconnect & glow up. From the beaches of Mexico to the jungles of Sri Lanka, we're just out here, building a global sisterhood empire
I’m Pia, your favorite fitness fairy : Cancer sun with Leo and Scorpio spice. My happiest days start with a slow, sunny morning overlooking the ocean, followed by a soul-fueling leg workout and a barefoot stroll to the local market for fresh fruit.
I’ve spent the past 8 years as a Women’s Fitness Specialist and Hormone Health Coach with 15 years experience in the health and wellness industry, guiding women to reconnect with their bodies, balance their hormones, and embrace their curves with confidence and compassion. I started my first coaching business to help women heal their relationship with fitness and food, but my deeper purpose has always been helping women reconnect with their feminine essence and with each other.
That’s what led me to create SisterCircles: sacred spaces for women to gather, grow, and transform in beautiful corners of the world.
Over the last 10 years, I’ve solo traveled through more than 40 countries, and for the past 6 years, I’ve lived nomadically, building a global sisterhood and showing other women that a life of freedom on your own terms is not just possible, it’s powerful.
When I’m not hosting retreats, training clients, or building an empire of hot and healthy girls, you’ll find me curled up with a fantasy novel and a cup of tea. My soul is green, wild, and rooted in the belief that true confidence comes from within.
I’m Viv! The free spirited, wild woman who doesn’t like to fit into the “norms” and chases anything that makes me feel alive (hello gemini sun, taurus moon + libra rising). I’m most in my element when barefoot in a tropical environment, moving my body, laying in the sun, and drinking fresh coconuts.. or eating a sexy piece of steak.
At the age of 16, I discovered my love for fitness through my own journey of body insecurity, toxic relationship with food, and learning how to work in alignment with my cycle as a woman . I began sharing my workouts online, and at 17 i began my first online coaching business as a fitness coach, helping hundreds of women feel confident again.
At 18, i left my hometown with a deep calling to Costa Rica, which has led me to travel over 20+ countries solo, move abroad, and unlock my passion leading retreats for women worldwide, holding space for magical transformations.
I am obsessed with guiding women into their most hottest, regulated, and richest reality through the power of movement and deep nervous system + somatic work. At the core, my mission is about liberation and being the permission slip for others to be unapologetically themselves.
